SIGNUP POLICIES AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, have volunteered to assist San Diego Conservation Resources Network (SDCRN) in their activities relating to the preservation and restoration of the natural and cultural resources of San Diego County. I shall perform my assignments in a professional and courteous manner and shall keep confidential all information revealed to me.

I consent to the use of my/my child's name and likeness by SDCRN or its members in conjunction with their promotion of conservation activities. I accept all responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to my/his/her property and to myself/my child and hereby release the SDCRN or its members from any claims of loss, injury, or damage. I grant SDCRN the right to investigate the information contained herein relating to my knowledge, skills and experience.
