Network Member Fallbrook Land Conservancy (FLC) (flc@sdlcc.org)
recommends that organizations using any model easement should have an
attorney review it before use. FLC has used the attached
easement in their work. In addition, the FLC recommends this
site for a discussion of agricultural easements and model easements:
The Land Trust
for Santa Barbara County has extensive experience using both conservation
and agricultural easements. They are updating their standard easements
and will be sharing them with CRN when they are available. Check back
for additional information. The Land Trust Alliance is another great
